Adaptive Adventures (Lakewood, Colorado) received a grant to provide veterans and their families with adaptive sports and recreational activities. Based in NYC, Achilles International utilizes funds from the Trust to support severely wounded veterans participating in marathon events. University of Connecticut provides both online training and campus-based instruction for participants of the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans. Outdoors for All Foundation received a grant to support cycling and other recreation programs for ill and injured veterans, service members and families. Through a Trust grant, veterans participate in music therapy services through Music Conservatory of West Chester’s Healing Our Heroes program.
